Horrible and rude practical experience I had with ParlourX. Watch out when paying for as their returns and customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady who specials which returns may be very impolite and accused me of carrying the costume following i realised the costume was in weak affliction.I am supplying it a 2 star as the staff ended up pretty helpf
